Greens are located at Peruvaarom, which is 2 km ahead of North Paravoor, the fastest growing and developing suburban of Cochin. The project is just 700 meters away from NH17 with many Municipal access roads to NH 17. It comes under Paravoor Municipal Area which is expected to be added into Cochin Corporation area in the near future. The proximity to NH 17 makes the Greens accessible to the Centre of Cochin in 15 minutes which will be further reduced once the four line expansion work of NH17 and the Vallarpadam Highway work is over, which are now in fast progress. In addition, the upcoming new roads such as the Vallarpadam highway (nearing completion), Cochin ring road and the cochin coastal road will reduce the distance to MG Road and Marine Drive by 5-7 Km from the project.

Price Details
Our present launch price (non negotiable) is Rs. 3,250/- per sqft including Cost of Land, Construction Cost and Propertionate cost of common area and amenities. This price is very attractive compared to any other villa project in and around Cochin. It is same as the cost of an Apartment in Cochin, where you do not get the ownership and possession of a space on earth, means land.
Our villas are ranging from 49 Lakhs to 69 Lakhs
We arrange Bank Finance up to 80% of the total cost of the villa from all the leading Banks and Financial Institutions, depending upon the income and loan eligibility of the purchaser. Our Projects are approved by all the leading Banks and Financial Institutions.
The Sqft Rate Includes the following :
