The Scope

This Code of Business Conduct and Ethics applies to all Earthspace Directors, Partners Officers and Employees, as well as to Directors, Officers and Employees of each subsidiary of Earthspace. Such Directors, Officers and Employees are referred to herein collectively as the “Covered Parties.” Earthspace and its subsidiaries are referred to herein collectively as the “Company.”

The Purpose

The Company is proud of the values with which it conducts business. It has and will continue to uphold the highest levels of business ethics and personal integrity in all types of transactions and interactions.

To this end, this Code of Business Conduct and Ethics serves to

1. Emphasize the Company’s commitment to ethics and compliance with the law;
2. Set forth basic standards of ethical and legal behavior;
3. Provide reporting mechanisms for known or suspected ethical or legal violations
4. Help prevent and detect wrongdoing.

At EARTHSPACE we fully FOLLOW & SUPPORT the following code of ethics

1. At all times we place the interests of our Clients at the forefront of any support we give or recommendation we make.
2. Provide a clear, impartial and honest assessment of every property and services being offered to our Clients.
3. Inform our Clients about all of the known costs of investing into a property and outline any realistic potential costs.
4. Inform our Clients whether any additional materials, service and process will be required in the property and provide an estimate of their costs. We shall provide our Clients, in respect to every property being bought, a written contract that sets out all of the   terms and conditions in the agreement between them and EARTHSPACE Developers.
5. We shall use plain language when writing or communicating with our Clients.
6. We shall keep our Clients fully updated as to the progress of their property.
7. We only publish advertisements, make statements, and disseminate literature that is accurate, reliable, and truthful to the best of our knowledge and experience.
8. We strictly follow the Government and other Statutory body’s rules and regulations applicable to us and our business.

Additionally, EARTHSPACE, as a Member of the Kerala Builders Association (KBA), adheres to all the ethics of the Association.
